Every item is handmade by me, Therefore items are currently taking from 1 to 3 days business days, after your payment goes through (business days do not include weekends or holidays!) If you need your order sooner, contact us PRIOR to ordering otherwise it is not guaranteed to arrive before our normal turnaround time. Attention International shipping it typically takes 7-28 business day for a package to arrives to an international address depending on how long customs in your country takes before releasing the package. To offer the lowest shipping cost International Shipping is Not Insurance. We highly recommend you purchase insurance as we cannot be responsible for package once they have been taken to Post Office

We want your experience with us to be as pleasant as possible so please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have a concern. Returns and Exchanges will be done on a case by case basis. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase within 7 days you may contact us and we can work something out. All merchandise must be returned in exact same condition as it was received and all shipping charges are non-refundable.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY CUSTOM ORDER?
We have created a category titled Custom Gallery here you will locate the icon with the name you provided and you will select the “add to cart” option. Once you have paid for the item it will be shipped out within 72 hours. Once I have contacted you to let you know the item is ready to be purchased you will have 5 days to make payment or the items will be transferred to the corresponding category and available for anyone to purchase..
